The Gifted

When an earthquake rocks through a quiet California town, buildings are ruined but lives are saved - radically saved. Bree Harris, Carl Dennis, and Andy Hendrix are rescued and emerge miraculously untouched - but they quickly discover life will never be the same. At the hospital, Bree can "see" visions of people's past wounds; sensing danger, Carl never makes it to the hospital and his "instincts" result in several more rescues; the minute Andy is pulled out he begins quoting scripture, offering hope and giving advice. Once together, they realize the power of their combined supernatural gifts of vision, knowledge, and utterances - power that makes them a spiritual dreamteam.
