Gachiakuta (Volume 1)

Rudo — a boy from the slums of a floating city — is wrongly accused of murder. As punishment, he’s exiled over the edge into the abyss, along with all the city’s discarded waste. Down below, garbage has mutated into terrifying monsters roaming the “Pit.” To survive and seek vengeance, Rudo is forced to learn new powers and join a group called “The Cleaners,” who battle the monstrous refuse in the depths. The more the rich glitter above, the higher the cost paid by the poor below.
