Providing books to those less fortunate is one way that we at Book Outlet can live out our Core Purpose, Enchanting the Mind – one book at a time! From Tuesday, August 25 – Wednesday, August 26, Book Outlet provided a $5 Givesome PIN to every customer who placed an order. In addition, Book Outlet invited all employees to participate and donate $5 – on us! Through these initiatives, Book Outlet donated over $1,700! These funds will be used to support literacy projects organized by First Book Canada and Bernie’s Book Bank.
